Mindfulness practice has been proven to decrease stress and improve health and sense of well-being. By practicing regularly, we can find a sense of balance and presence that enriches and informs our connection with the patients we serve.

Mindfulness for Patient Care:
The same practices we adopt for our own care can be shared with our patients as we care for them to decrease their stress and increase their sense of ease. The more at ease our patients are, the more at ease we can be as we work.
